Toll Brothers Apartment Living has announced plans for its second community in Atlanta. Named Osprey, the 319-unit, mixed-use luxury development will be located in West Midtown at the corner of Howell Mill Road and 10th Street.

The project will bring to the neighborhood 13,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, which will be leased through a partnership with CBRE.

The building will offer panoramic views from Downtown to Buckhead, sitting on one of the highest elevations in West Midtown. Two of the 319 units will be penthouses with large private outdoor living areas.

Osprey will also feature a resort-style pool, fitness center, juice bar, pet spa, dog park, gear garage, fitness-on-demand studio, and sky lounge with a community bar, co-working space, and demonstration kitchen.

"This project will enhance both the corridor’s connectivity and streetscape experience while linking together both the White Provision District and Marietta Street Artery,” said Stephen Bates, Toll Brothers Apartment Living's Atlanta director of acquisition and development, in a news release.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for later this summer, and Toll expects the first units to hit the market in 2020.
