Nurture Boss, a multifamily startup with leasing solutions driven by artificial intelligence (AI), has raised $4.025 million in a Series A funding round, led by AZ-VC with participation by In Revenue Capital, an operator-immersive capital firm focused on early-growth investing, and current investor PHX Ventures.
According to Nurture Boss, this investment will equip the firm with the operating capital and expertise needed to continue its ongoing expansion and product development.
The investment also supports strategic hires, such as the recent addition of Brock MacLean as chief revenue officer. MacLean has over 20 years of experience across senior executive roles. Previously, he had been senior vice president of sales at Leonardo247 and executive vice president and chief revenue officer at LeaseHawk.
Founded by Jacob Carter, Nurture Boss’ AI for multifamily solution was created to streamline leasing operations and make the process autonomous and more efficient.
“Our vision is to make a better world for renters, residents, and property teams alike,” said Carter. “With this infusion of funding, the operations expertise that In Revenue Capital has to offer, and the hiring of Brock, there’s so much possibility on the horizon. We’re looking forward to seeing our software help even more multifamily property management companies lower costs while increasing revenues and occupancy.”
Justin Gray, co-founder and managing partner at In Revenue Capital, added that the firm was drawn to Nurture Boss for many reasons.
“Not only is it the right product at the right time for a market that’s desperate for efficiency gains, but the founder’s vision and company’s performance to date make us confident they’re going to transform the multifamily housing sector.”
