The multifamily industry is relying even more on technology solutions to better serve residents and their bottom lines. Multifamily Executive will present a two-day virtual event May 24 and 25 that will explore the digital future of multifamily communities with insights from leading developers and technology providers.

Kicking off the event will be a power panel with senior executives at some of the nation’s top multifamily firms. Hear from Jeanne Casey, global head of proptech and innovation at Nuveen; Jamie Gorski, senior vice president and chief experience officer at GID; and Amy Weissberger, senior vice president of corporate strategy at Morgan Properties, on how they are applying technology to simplify decision-making, manage their teams better, and rent more units.
Leading tech investors will share their insights on where the industry is going. Moderator Steve Lefkovitz, a multifamily technology investor, adviser, and promoter, will lead a discussion on proptech trends and opportunities for the industry. Panelists will include Zain Jaffer, partner at Bluefield Capital; Ginny Miller, principal at 1Sharpe Ventures, and Christopher Yip, partner at RET Ventures.
The virtual event will end with a look back at how technology has evolved over the years as well as a glance into the crystal ball on where it’s heading in the next 10 years. This panel will feature industry stakeholders Laurie Baker, chief operating officer at Camden Property Trust; Tom Bumpass, executive director of technology and business systems at Greystar; Jeff Kok, chief operating officer at Aerwave; and Michael Tuer, vice president and regional manager at Yardi.
Other topics over the two days will cover how AI is transforming day-to-day operations, the ins and outs of technology and environmental, social, and governance efforts, and the incorporation of technology as a design trend.
