In this edition of ORA™ Power Rankings, we continue to spotlight the most-populous MSAs (metropolitan statistical areas) in the nation. In October, we focused on the online reputation of the top 10 most populous MSAs. In November, we highlight the ORA scores of the next 10 (11–20) most-populous MSAs. We also name the top 10 apartment properties with the best online reputation in each of these MSAs.

The national average ORA score is 57. Four of the 11–20 most-populous MSAs have performed at or above that number.

With an ORA score of 60, Minneapolis–St. Paul–Bloomington, MN–WI is the No. 1 MSA on this list. Parkside Apartments (Apple Valley, MN), managed by Pinnacle, is the top property in this MSA, with a score of 93.

Methodology
In an ongoing series of ORA Power Rankings, MFE periodically publishes a new ranking of apartment properties and management companies based on different parameters. The ORA™ Power Rankings is powered by J Turner Research. To arrive at the aggregated score, J Turner Research tracks and analyzes the online reputation of more than 62,000 apartment properties across all review websites on a monthly basis. To overcome the challenge of multiple ratings scales, the company has devised a statistical model to establish a single score for each property. This score, based on a 0 to 100 scale, serves as a benchmark to compare and contrast individual properties and portfolios nationally.
