Centrally located in Denver's Lowry neighborhood, Alas Over Lowry is a garden-style walk-up community that provides a quick commute to nearby Cherry Creek, Aurora, and downtown Denver, as well as Buckley Space Force Base and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Developed and built by Alliance Residential Co.—with Santulan Architecture and TRIO Design—and then sold to real estate investment firm The Connor Group, the property includes 300 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and combines “urban energy and mountain serenity.”

Targeting single professionals, young families, and empty nesters who want an active, healthy lifestyle within an urban landscape, the wellness-inspired community has amenities tailored to the needs and desires of its audience. A private yoga studio offers Wellbeats virtual fitness, while a rooftop amenity deck allows residents to get outside to enjoy the Front Range views. Alas Over Lowry also includes its own wellness center with a detoxifying green living wall and built-in meditation pods.

The modern circular spaces are recessed into the wellness center’s walls and feature warm wood surrounds, ergonomic lounge chairs, sleek floating shelves, and small television monitors. Although open to the rest of the room, the pods provide a semi-private oasis for meditating, reading, or relaxing.
