With developer Liberty Harbor North nearing a complete sellout on its 429-unit luxury condominium building Gulls Cove in Jersey City, N.J., the company has unveiled its array of club-style amenities for residents.
From the fitness studio equipped with Peloton bikes and a dedicated yoga studio to a clubroom with a bowling alley and shuffleboard table, the two-story social space features a variety of modern facilities. A resident’s lounge is furnished with velvet-tufted sofas, while the children’s playroom comes equipped with toys and books. A 24-hour concierge is also available.
“We’re thrilled to have added this substantial amenity offering to Gulls Cove, which we believe creates a fun, socially interactive atmosphere for our residents,” said Art Johnson, vice president of Liberty Harbor North, in a statement. “The amenities are an extension of the homes, and we’ve designed the spaces to encourage everything from quietly relaxing with a glass of wine to enjoying a spirited game of bowling or shuffleboard.”
In conjunction with the amenity announcement, Gulls Cove’s final homes, including multilevel duplex and triplex residences, have also been released. The modern brownstone units are attached to the overall building, allowing their residents access to the building’s full suite of amenities and services.
Pricing for the duplex homes start around $1.3 million. The 1,680-square-foot units include private street entrances, an open–floor plan living area, two bedrooms, and three baths; the 2,155-square-foot triplex homes are priced from $1.6 million and feature three bedrooms, three baths, and an outdoor terrace.
“Unlike older brownstones with narrow footprints, low ceilings, and dark interiors, these are new-construction residences outfitted with modern finishes and appointments and a more-open, loftlike feeling,” Johnson said.
The traditional studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos in the Gulls Cove main building are priced from $450,000. Some residences feature views of the Manhattan skyline or Liberty State Park, but all come equipped with hardwood floors, Bosch appliances in gourmet kitchens, and other contemporary design details.
With the community located at 201 Marin Blvd., residents have access to various modes of transportation, including the Hudson-Bergen light-rail station, the Grove Street PATH station, New York Waterway ferry service, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
