Leasing began last month at ARC, a 428-apartment luxury rental property in the Dutch Kills section of Long Island City, designed by local real estate developer Lightstone.

With a location that's a 10-minute subway ride to midtown Manhattan, the project offers more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

Residents at ARC can spend the day at the property's expansive rooftop pool club featuring a 70-foot long environmentally efficient outdoor salt water pool, or a number of rooftop spaces including a sundeck, rooftop lounge, as well as barbecues, cabanas for outdoor dining, and bocce courts. Other features include a staffed health club with a fitness center, spin room, yoga studio, private training facilities, basketball court, and golf simulator.

ARC also offers a private courtyard park with a greenhouse for year-round gardening and private events, as well as a residential lounge, library, club room, game room, private and collaborative workspaces, entertainment areas, and a gourmet catering kitchen with private dining.

A full-time lifestyle director on site manages the building’s amenity program and events, catering to the specific needs of each resident. The building also offers valet services including dry cleaning, apartment cleaning, and dog walking.

Residences include a mix of studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments starting at $1,800, $2,300, and $3,500, respectively.
