Proffitt Dixon Partners will be ready this month to deliver its first units at Ellison on Broad, the Charlotte-based multifamily investor and developer’s first foray into the Greenville, S.C. market. Its 201 units range from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with high ceilings (9’-12’), tall cabinets (42”), movable granite kitchen accents, and stainless steel appliances.

The Ellison on Broad amenity roster boasts a wide range of uncommon features. Residents will be able to browse and borrow from a curated vinyl record library, make use of the kayak and bike storage area and bike workshop on-site, exercise in the spin, yoga, or barre studios, play bocce ball, and relax at either the indoor or the outdoor spa area. The community also includes a rooftop deck and entertainment system, an off-leash dog park and indoor dog wash, and a salt-filtered pool, grilling area, clubhouse, and fitness center.

“At Ellison on Broad, residents will enjoy a community with extensive modern amenities, just two blocks from Main Street and within walking distance from some of the city’s best restaurants, parks and attractions,” said Stuart Proffitt, Managing Principal with Proffitt Dixon Partners, in a release.

Elliot on Broad has been built to NAHB Green Bronze level specifications and incorporates energy and resource-efficient features, as well as air quality improvements.
