RADCO Residential, led by chief operating officer Mike Brewer, will manage properties throughout the asset life cycle from due diligence and acquisition to disposition. The platform is now available to properties outside of the RADCO portfolio throughout the Southeast and Texas.

A leading real estate investor based in Atlanta, The RADCO Cos. operates primarily in the multifamily space and has acquired, invested, and operated approximately 30,000 units in 15 markets over the past decade. It initially employed third-party managers but found a one-size-fits-all approach wasn’t the most effective for its portfolio. RADCO Residential was created as a solution to that.

According to Norman Radow, CEO of The RADCO Cos., the firm had been approached about expanding into third-party management but opted to wait until it was prepared organizationally to serve outside clients.

“RADCO Residential is dedicated to ‘building better living’ for residents, and we take great pride in bringing superior value to every community we manage,” said Brewer. “Our unique platform is built on years of management proficiency, through the eyes of an owner, and RADCO Residential is committed to delivering superior results while providing transparent and accurate communication.”
