On-Site.com, a property management software and marketing technology provider, announced its acquisition of Capture the Market (CTM), a student housing and multifamily video marketing firm, at its user conference late last month in Palm Springs, Fla.
Capture the Market’s team has created videos and provided streaming services for eight of the 10 largest property management firms in the country and has a total customer base of over 140 companies. Its media portfolio includes drone footage, property tours and testimonials, event and conference coverage for apartment associations, corporate training and recruitment programs, and neighborhood overviews, as well as social media integration services for its clients.
CTM’s staff and services will be integrated into On-Site’s Ellipse Design creative agency, which provides website, floor plan, and site map design services for its property manager clients, as well as marketing, SEO strategy, and analytics. In addition to CTM’s main video production business, Ellipse Design will now incorporate a CTM app that allows apartment managers to curate resident-submitted content.

On-Site currently provides apartment management and resident engagement software for over 27,000 communities in the United States. Alongside the CTM acquisition announcement, the company also launched Move Me, an extension of its online leasing solution that provides resident relocation services.
