The fifth annual Division ORA Power Ranking is live. We rank the top 25 companies in divisions II, III, IV, and V based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores.

Division V is a new addition this year. We have introduced this division as we understand that companies managing varying unit counts face unique challenges. In creating this division to recognize companies managing 2,000 to 4,999 units, we have introduced a fair comparison. Companies in each division can look at trends and factors unique to their unit count.

The ORA score is the multifamily industry standard to measure and benchmark a property’s online reputation.

J Turner Research introduced the Division ORA Power Ranking to extend the ORA award recognition to management companies of all sizes. The top 10 companies with the most stellar online reputation in each division are listed below. To view the top 25 companies in each division, visit https://www.jturnerresearch.com/ora/power-rankings/2023-division-power-ranking-ii-v.

The division rankings recognize companies that have worked hard to provide a genuinely delightful resident experience. These companies have consistently demonstrated their commitment by listening to residents and working together as a team to exceed their expectations. The top 25 companies’ success is reflected in their high ORA scores, which sets them apart from other companies in their respective divisions.

About the ORA Power Rankings

Developed by J Turner Research, the ORA Power Rankings are a monthly, independent ranking of apartment properties and management companies based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores. A property or management company is not required to be a J Turner Research client to qualify for this ranking, which is published by J Turner’s media partner Multifamily Executive. To learn more or to request your ORA score, visit www.jturnerresearch.com/about/what-is-ora-score.

Methodology

The ORA score is an aggregate compilation of a property’s ratings across various review sites and ILSs. Each month, J Turner Research monitors the online ratings of more than 139,000 properties nationwide. Using a statistical model, a single score based on a scale of 0 to 100 is assigned to each property. This score serves as a benchmark to compare a company’s individual properties and portfolios nationally, regionally, and against the competition.
