The transition, effective May 1, will allow Blue Ridge Cos. to focus on future development and long-term asset performance while ensuring top-notch customer service across its communities.
Blue Ridge Cos.’ multifamily portfolio comprises over 10,000 units across 35 properties in the Southeast. According to the firm, partnering with Willow Bridge, formerly the residential division of Lincoln Property Co., will enhance its resident satisfaction reputation by leveraging its national expertise, cutting-edge technology, and scalable operations efficiencies.
