The eighth single-family rental home community in NexMetro Communities’ Avilla Homes brand, Avilla Northside, has opened for leasing in McKinney, Texas.
The development, located near historic downtown McKinney, offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom detached rental homes priced competitively with nearby Class A apartments. The homes feature 10-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-sized washers and dryers, outdoor patios and backyards, and a charging station for electric vehicles.
The pet-friendly community also offers a resort-style pool, landscaped recreation areas, reserved parking, and optional garages. It is professionally managed and charges no HOA fees.
NexMetro has 2,375 rental units completed or in development and another 1,390 units in predevelopment or entitlement. Its holdings total nearly $700 million in the Phoenix, Dallas, and Denver markets, and the company plans to expand into new U.S. markets within the next 18 months.
