SALT Development will soon open Salt Lake Crossing, a luxury microstudio and co-working development. The new living experience includes 300 units divided between open concept one-bedrooms and fully furnished microstudios, with short-term rentals also available.
The Work Club, a three-floor dedicated co-working space for residents and the public, also includes membership access to the 5,500-square-foot fitness center; a sky deck and spa; a rooftop clubhouse and lounge; a private dog park; and an on-site coffee shop.
With a mission to forge meaningful connections, each floor of the microstudio units features a 2,500-square-foot community living space with double gourmet kitchens, stadium-style seating with a large TV, a dining area, and a large patio with a grill. Salt Lake Crossing staff will program the space at no extra charge including happy hours, networking events, online communities via Slack, morning breakfast offerings, and events like game nights or group dinners.
“We’ve seen a real drive among Salt Lake City residents to connect with the community, and we’ve developed a strategy for them to do so at Salt Lake Crossing,” says Austin Vegh, Salt Lake Crossing’s manager.
“In our other developments, such as Hardware and 4th West, luxury amenities have been a huge selling point—so with Salt Lake Crossing we wanted to offer those at a more accessible price point to connect with a new audience.”
The fully furnished microstudio interiors include a private bathroom; a kitchenette; a smart TV; stainless steel appliances; oversized windows; quartz countertops; 10-foot ceilings; built-in desks and storage; smart locks and thermostats; luxury vinyl floors; walk-in showers; and high-speed Wi-Fi.
