Last year was a busy one for developers in the multifamily industry to say the least, so the analysts at RENTCafe set out to find 10 of the largest apartment developments completed in 2015 nationwide.
What they found were projects that were not only large in size and number of units, but ones with a wide array of amenities that rival the hotel industry. As a whole, the 10 developments on the list totaled nearly 6,000 units.
Of the top 10, four developments were built in Orange County California, while all the projects were located in or near major metropolitan areas.
Here are the partment developments completed in 2015 that made RENTCAFE's list :
