The units at phase two of The Watch Factory range from 800-square-foot one-bedrooms to 1,200-square-foot three-bedrooms.
The original Waltham Watch Co. (photo circa 1910) was spread across a 12-acre campus. Among the precision instruments its workers created were railroad chronometers, watches, and compasses.
