The Twin Cities multifamily market has been hot the past few years.
In the second quarter of 2012, vacancies reached a 10-year low and a new stock of inventory is expected as construction budgets continue to grow. The economy in the Twin Cities is also better than other Midwestern markets, with more than 20,000 new jobs added last year.
