Presidium has announced the completion of Presidium Hill Street in the growing Grand Prairie, Texas, area. The 290-unit luxury residential community on 13 acres features an indoor and outdoor lounge and a private rooftop sky deck terrace that opens to a wraparound, resort-style pool with cabanas, fire pit areas, and outdoor kitchens.

“The impressive growth the area has experienced due to its incredibly robust employment base coupled with an evident strong quality of life is what has made Grand Prairie such a desirable destination for residents—these qualities served as the cornerstone of Presidium Hill Street,” says John Griggs, co-CEO and co-founder of Presidium.

Designed by Dallas-based O’Brien Architects, each residence is appointed with high-end features and finishes including quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, ecobee thermostats, and smart-technology lighting and lock systems. Incorporating Energy Star and energy-efficient components throughout all systems, Presidium Hill Street exceeds the latest energy code requirements.

Residents have access to EV charging stations, an expansive fitness studio, a Wi-Fi business center with private co-working spaces and conference rooms, a private dog park with pet spa, and an on-site car wash. Adjacent to Arlington, Presidium Hill Street is located midway between Dallas and Fort Worth with prime work and play locations nearby.

“Thanks to its highly accessible location in the middle of Texas’ most dynamic metropolis, an extensive list of amenities and modern-luxe finishes, Presidium Hill Street exudes sophistication, convenience, and comfort,” adds Griggs.

Presidium, founded in 2003, has also announced its expansion into New Mexico with the groundbreaking of its first multifamily development, Presidium Casa Siena, in Santa Fe. The 171-unit wood-framed community is expected to be complete in spring 2024.
