The NRP Group is expanding its property management services to third-party owners and developers, the company announced this week.

The national developer, builder, and property management firm currently manages over 17,000 residential units and already manages more than 1,000 new units through its third-party service, NRP Management.

NRP Management is focused on markets in Texas as well as Ohio, Pittsburgh, North Carolina, Florida, and other developed NRP markets.

“We've been building and managing our own properties for 25 years and have often been asked to offer these services to other owners and developers,” said J. David Heller, CEO and cofounder of The NRP Group, in a news release. “We're now proud to offer third-party solutions that are based on our deep institutional knowledge of how to design, build, and manage properties that people want to call home and that deliver strong financial results over the long term.”

The announcement comes one year after the company launched NRP Construction, which extends in-house preconstruction and general contracting services to other multifamily owners and developers.

The NRP Group has delivered more than 33,000 apartment homes in over a dozen states and secured more than $90 million in projects through NRP Construction. The company's construction arm is focused mostly on major markets in Texas, including San Antonio, Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Austin.
