In Henderson, Nevada, healthy lifestyle brand Life Time has debuted its first luxury leased residences, Life Time Living. The 16.5-acre village welcomes residents and members to Life Time Green Valley and the seven-story residential midrise comprised of 105 one-bedrooms and 44 two-bedrooms.
Ranging in size from 914 to 1,727 square feet, the residences include full access to an exclusive concierge team who is focused on resident wellness and the athletic resort and spa—including the more than 160 locations across the U.S. “It really is that healthy village that we’re trying to build,” said Eric Padget, vice president, property development at Life Time, during a panel discussion at the 2022 Multifamily Executive Conference at the end of September.
The units feature full-length windows with views of Green Valley’s rolling hills and open floor plans with spacious kitchens and living rooms. Bedrooms include walk-in closets with custom storage systems as blackout shades and state-of-the-art soundproofing provide comfortable sleeping environments. The bathrooms are designed with floating vanities, under-cabinet lighting, LED mirrors, floor-to-ceiling porcelain tiles, and granite countertops.
Community spaces offer areas to work from home and host special events. A grand staircase inside Life Time Living’s main entry leads to 8,000 square feet of amenities on the second floor including a work lounge with coffee bar; a private dining room with catering kitchen and indoor and outdoor bar areas; and an entertaining area with seating, games, and more.
The resident concierge programming connects residents’ at home and in club lifestyles to create easy and fun healthy living. The team assists residents with weekly meal prep from the LifeCafe, personal training session and class bookings, personal wake-up calls, appointments with nutrition coaches, and spa treatment recommendations and scheduling.
Padget adds, “Life Time Living was envisioned to foster a healthy, socially connected and environmentally conscious lifestyle with our new luxury residences and our athletic resorts and spas as part of one vibrant campus.”
The adjacent 171,000-square-foot Life Time athletic country club includes a pool deck, lap pools, waterslides, tennis and pickleball courts, and bistro outdoors. Inside, there are studios, a tennis court, a full-service spa and salon, Kids Academy, regulation-size basketball courts, a fast-casual restaurant, and indoor pools.
