With the multifamily industry navigating a paradigm shift with artificial intelligence and automation, keynote presenter Cassie Kozyrkov, Google’s chief decision scientist, will explore those themes and discuss the dangers and opportunities involved.

Kozyrkov will delve into her on-the-ground experience to provide guidance on navigating new tech frontiers. She founded the field of Decision Intelligence at Google, advising leadership on the decision process, AI strategy, and building data-driven organizations. During her nearly 10 years at the company, she has personally trained over 20,000 Googlers in data-driven decision-making and AI and has helped over 500 projects implement decision intelligence best practices.

Before her current role, she served in Google's office of the chief technology officer as chief data scientist, and the rest of her 20 years of experience was split between consulting, data science, lecturing, and academia.

In addition, three multifamily experts—UDR senior vice president and chief technology officer Josh Gampp, GID chief experience officer Jamie Gorski, and Western Wealth Communities president Jennifer Staciokas—will share their centralization strategies for operating their communities more efficiently.

Other conference highlights include an economic outlook for housing with Ali Wolf, chief economist at Zonda, Multifamily Executive’s parent company; the latest finance trends; new solutions for attainable housing; and the future of the build-to-rent sector. Experts also will share real-time insight on multifamily fundamentals and the top markets to watch.
