Alliance Residential Co. has acquired 3.25 acres in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, to develop Broadstone Berry Hill. The 302-unit apartment community will be located half a mile from the recently opened Geodis Park and is situated at an entrance point to Berry Hill neighborhood.
Broadstone Berry Hill will feature a rooftop sky lounge with views of Geodis Stadium and Downtown Nashville, a courtyard pool deck with a putting green, coworking space, and a clubroom that includes a tiki bar and demonstration kitchen. Apartments will feature quartz countertops; stainless-steel appliances; designer finishes throughout; and built-in mud benches and desks in select units.
“With it being positioned so close to the heart of both the Berry Hill and Wedgewood-Houston neighborhoods, we’re thrilled to be able to bring our brand of luxe living to an area that has become one of the most in-demand in Nashville,” says Stephen Keller, development director for Alliance Residential Co. “Just minutes south of downtown and within walking distance to the largest soccer-specific stadium in the U.S. and Canada, Broadstone Berry Hill is a dream location for urban luxury living that offers incredible access and connectivity to all that Nashville has to offer.”
The community is slated to welcome its first residents in summer 2024. Broadstone Berry Hill will be Alliance’s eighth project in Nashville with several additional apartment communities under development or in planning. Alliance’s recent projects include Broadstone SoBro and the soon-to-be-completed Broadstone Centennial.
As one of the largest real estate developers in the U.S., Arizona-based Alliance focuses on the development, acquisition, and construction of residential communities across 16 states and 39 metropolitan markets.
