The agenda is shaping up for the Multifamily Executive Conference, Sept. 30 to Oct. 2, at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the newest luxury hotel on the Strip.

This forward-looking conference will provide a playbook of data insights and actionable takeaways as well as ample networking opportunities to help navigate the evolving multifamily housing landscape.

Zonda chief economist Ali Wolf will kick off the conference with the latest data on the economy and what this means for the housing market.

Keynote presenter Spencer Levy, global client strategist and senior economic advisor at CBRE, will hone in on the commercial real estate market and share his insights on real estate fundamentals, capital markets, and the multifamily sector.

Going even deeper, Zonda managing principal for multifamily Kimberly Byrum, Zillow economist Joshua Clark, and RealPage senior director of research and analysis Carl Whitaker will break down the key indicators in the nation’s top apartment markets.

Keynoter Dror Poleg, award-winning author of “Rethinking Real Estate,” will share his insights on the latest innovations, business models, and funding methods that are transforming the real estate industry. Poleg’s work draws on two decades of hands-on experience in private equity and tech, and he regularly briefs and advises firms such as UBS, AvalonBay, Hines, Cushman & Wakefield, Bank of America, and CBRE.

In addition, keynoter Hilary Billings, co-founder and CEO of Attentioneers, will take a deep dive into the psychology of attention, providing her insider knowledge on how to deliver messaging so that it reaches millions.
