    Nick Anderson
    A senior development associate with Plymouth, Minn.-based Dominium, one of the nation's top multifamily renovators. The more than 40-year old firm rehabbed over 2,500 units in 2013, with another 1,200 units in the pipeline this year. Andersen is responsible for assisting with project development, acquisition, and financing, as well as overseeing a portion of Dominium's portfolio.
