Meet the Players

  • Chuck Berberich
    Chuck Berberich
    Chuck is responsible for all aspects of design management, ensuring JPI is delivering best-in-class communities with innovative amenities and construction. Chuck brings nearly 30 years of architectural experience to JPI, including 15 years of country club clubhouse design on projects from all regions of the United States. His experience is varied and includes custom residential design, restaurant design, and federal, state, and local government projects. Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and architectural licenses in Texas and Wisconsin.
  • Erik Earnshaw
    Erik Earnshaw
    BGO Architects has been designing award winning living and working environments since 1968 with a total of 900,000 dwelling units built. The firm’s capabilities include low and mid-rise, mixed use, retail, commercial, office, industrial, adaptive/reuse, and various forms of alternative housing including student housing, senior living, military housing, and affordable housing.  Recently BGO was recognized by Architectural Record, ranked by multi-family construction starts as one of the top 5 multifamily architecture firms in the U.S. Based in Dallas, TX, BGO Architects designs projects from coast to coast from our centrally located Dallas office.  BGO specializes in multifamily architecture design from the ground up.  BGO does not use standard templates to begin their design process, which sets them apart from their competitors; each project they produce is truly a custom design, a response to the client’s requirements to design a successful development with respects to construction budget, investment returns, and aesthetics.  

    Erik is well-recognized with multiple repeat clients, and over two decades of experience.  His designs have been recognized by Multifamily Executive, Pillars of Industry, Best in American Living, Hardie Designs, and many more.  Erik represents his firm’s work through both speaking engagements and as an expert judge.  Erik is a licensed Architect and holds a NCARB certificate, he is a Graduate from Texas Tech University.
  • Minho Kim
    Minho Kim
    Minho Kim, partner and the Chief Design Officer at BGO Architects, brings more than two decades of experience in a wide range of civic and commercial architectural design works, including multifamily in South Korea and the United States. Kim has extensive experience in multiple architectural project design types and oversees the conceptual and schematic design of all the company’s projects for clients. He provides the best design solutions for client’s needs to make successful multifamily projects for both developers and residents, as well as community. Kim is a licensed architect, a LEED AP, and holds an NCARB certificate. .
