Bentley Residences

Dezer Development, in collaboration with Bentley Motors, has broken ground in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, on Bentley Residences Miami, the world’s first and only Bentley-branded residential tower. The ultra-luxury condominium tower features four innovative car lifts and glass-ensconced sky garages that exhibit cars like art in each of the 216 private residences.

At 62 stories, the residences will exude resort-style luxury living on the beach with a food and beverage program by chef Todd English. Led by Coastal Construction, completion is expected at the end of 2027.

“Breaking ground on Bentley Residences is a huge milestone for the project and another step closer to bringing our vision to life,” says Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development. “We are excited to introduce a completely new elevated residential experience to Sunny Isles Beach and look forward to continuing the relationship with Bentley Motors to deliver a one-of-a-kind project.”

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences will integrate the luxury car company’s most distinctive design cues into its architecture and interiors. The diamond-quilted pattern adorning Bentley door panels will be recreated on the tower’s façade through diamond-shaped glass panels angled to refract natural light.

The same patterns and silhouettes are illustrated throughout the building, including the diamond-embossed stone in the primary bathrooms and the diamond-shaped floor tiles in the lobby.

Christophe Georges, president and CEO of Bentley Motors, says, “We are very pleased to celebrate this key milestone in the development of Bentley Residences Miami. A demonstration of our commitment to great design, the development will create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand.”

Bentley Residences’ patented car elevator transports both car and passengers from the road directly to a resident’s doorstop in one swift move. The “Dezervator,” named after its founder, Gil Dezer, creates an unparalleled lifestyle for buyers centered around exclusivity and privacy. Complete with the option for electric vehicle charging amenities, these sky garages also provide additional space for storage and small motorized vehicles such as wave runners and motorcycles.

“We are honored to once again be working with the Dezer family for the fourth time and to lead the construction of Bentley Residences, a project that will undoubtedly redefine the skyline of Sunny Isles. This innovative building stands as a testament to the spirit of Miami, a city known for its boldness and vision for the future,” says Tom C. Murphy, co-president of Coastal Construction Group. “We are proud to be part of this iconic project, which will leave a lasting impact on the community and beyond."

The private residences will embrace the concept of indoor-outdoor living and offer private outdoor spaces with unobstructed shoreline views. Every individual balcony will have a private heated swimming pool, a summer kitchen, and a generous living area specially engineered to cut through any gusty winds so that residents can light a candle even 30 floors in the air.

The state-of-the-art kitchens feature Gaggenau appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry, and motorized doors that hide the space with the touch of a button, while the primary bathrooms double as home spas with private saunas, behind-mirror TVs, and outdoor showers in select residences. The iconic diamond patterning, as well as its chrome finishes and unique textured door handles, knobs, and pulls, are incorporated in small but impactful ways throughout.

Spanning 2.4 acres, the property will feature a beach club and an oceanfront pool deck complete with food and beverage service, cabanas, and views of the Atlantic Ocean. A 20,000-square-foot collection of amenities will include a whiskey bar, a cigar lounge, a wellness and revitalization spa, a cinema, and an oceanfront beauty salon. English will curate the menu and dining experience for an exclusive private restaurant, which will also offer catering, demonstrations, and food and wine pairings to residents.

With sales and marketing handled in partnership between Dezer Platinum Realty and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, the tower has reached just over 40% sold.
