Crescent Communities

In Tampa’s urban core, Crescent Communities has opened NOVEL Beach Park on the banks of Old Tampa Bay. The high-rise, with 289 units, is designed to promote wellness and a vibrant lifestyle with an array of community amenities and waterfront views.

“NOVEL Beach Park embraces the best of relaxed waterfront living while remaining a short drive from Tampa’s trendiest shopping, dining, and employment hubs,” says Ricky DeCamps, Crescent Communities’ director of development.

“Our goal is to offer residents a serene, luxurious lifestyle with unparalleled access to the vibrant experiences and opportunities that Tampa has to offer. With its thoughtfully designed residences and top-notch community amenities, NOVEL Beach Park is a testament to Crescent Communities’ broader commitment to creating exceptional living experiences, and we look forward to welcoming new residents soon.”

Ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom residences, each home features keyless entry, an oversized kitchen, and an airy design. Residents have access to an infinity-edge sunset saltwater pool; a gear room where residents can borrow stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and other gear; a co-working lounge with a large conference room and complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks; a fitness club with Peloton bikes and lululemon Studio Mirrors; a pet spa; and a top-floor sunset lounge with a retractable window wall and terrace overlooking Old Tampa Bay.

Crescent Communities

The Crescent Communities Real Estate Opportunities Fund made NOVEL Beach Park possible. It is the first in a series of funds that Crescent Communities will sponsor to support the development and investment in real estate across its investment platforms.

Partners on the project include FINFROCK as architect and contractor; Kimley-Horn as civil engineer; DIX•HITE + Partners as landscape architect; and ID & Design International as interior designer.

NOVEL Beach Park is a part of Crescent Communities’ continued expansion throughout Florida. NOVEL Nona and NOVEL Parkway are both leasing in Orlando, Florida, while NOVEL Independence Park is leasing in Tampa. Outside of Sarasota, RENDER Legacy Trail is under construction and is set to start occupancy in a few months. RENDER is Crescent Communities’ multifamily brand focused on best-in-class suburban multifamily communities with thoughtful design and functional space at a more approachable cost.
