Houston-based Vero Sade has recently opened two debut projects in the San Antonio metro. As the first ground-up developments in Vero Sade’s portfolio, Us 1604 is a 444-unit, four-story community, and Us Cibolo is a 288-unit, three-story community.
“I’ve been deeply involved in the San Antonio community for over 20 years and am very proud to deliver Us 1604 and Us Cibolo, both of which are perfect additions to the community,” says Dan Bassichis, co-founder of Vero Sade.
“San Antonio is a community-minded and family-oriented city and among the largest and fastest growing metros in the U.S. with an increasingly strong labor market. Us 1604 and Us Cibolo residents will enjoy thoughtfully designed living environments, second-to-none amenities, and elevated programming all within convenient proximity to retail and schools.”
Intertwining home with hospitality, both communities boast a variety of customized activations and curated programming elements that are designed around resident preferences and rooted in social connectivity and health and wellness. These activations will include regular and sponsored food and beverage, health and wellness classes hosted by local experts, weekly and seasonal community gatherings, and poolside events.
Us 1604 and Us Cibolo are both oriented around a 12,000-square-foot club facility that includes a media space; a café with grab-and-go offerings; indoor private dining rooms; centralized event bars for hosting food and beverage events; ample co-working and meeting room spaces; and a resort-style pool with cabanas and outdoor kitchens.
Residents have access to a 4,500-square-foot indoor/outdoor fitness facility with state-of-the-art equipment and a yoga studio, boosted by a weekly schedule of complimentary group classes plus pickleball courts and on-site jogging and bike paths. Additional amenities include a car wash station, a dog spa, a gated dog park, and electric vehicle charging stations through Vero Sade’s partnership with Xeal.
Each community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, averaging nearly 1,000 square feet. To maximize natural light, each residence was designed with oversized windows and shallower, longer floor plans. Units include large, covered patios, averaging over 150 square feet, with ground-level units featuring private yards for outdoor living. All units offer chef-inspired kitchens with stainless steel appliances and light wood cabinets accented by matte black finishes.
