MCZ Names President for New Division
MCZ Development Corp., a Chicago-based real estate development firm, is launching a new division, MCZUrban. Christina Noelle has been named president of the new branch, which will focus on the development of residences in urban areas that incorporate green spaces and retail components. Noelle has served as a design artist at MCZ for the past decade.
Former Top Broker Joins Legacy as Senior VP
Bruce D. Carlson has joined Legacy Partners Residential as senior vice president and partner. Carlson will be responsible for development and acquisitions of multifamily and mixed-use properties in Arizona and Nevada. Carlson formerly was a commercial real estate broker.
Kettler Names VP
Asheel Shah has been named vice president of real estate acquisitions for Kettler, a real estate developer based in McLean, Va. Shah will be responsible for originating investment opportunities, property underwriting, due diligence, arranging financing, and transaction closings. He previously worked for Arthur Andersen, CarrAmerica, and Monument Realty.
