Stonebridge and Bozzuto are preleasing Oakville, Alexandria, Virginia’s new luxury mixed-use development. The development includes 572 residences across two resort-style residential buildings, Raeburn and Ives.

The courtyard flows into an outdoor exercise and yoga deck adjacent to the indoor fitness center. The clubroom offers various co-working spaces and an indoor/outdoor kitchen. First-floor residences at Ives have double-height ceilings and direct street access, featuring doors and patios that open onto the surrounding streets.
