Thomson Thrift's Alta25 in Monument, Colorado, will welcome residents in 2025.

Multifamily developer Thompson Thrift is bringing a new luxury multifamily community to Monument, Colorado, a suburb of Colorado Springs. The 264-unit Alta25 is expected to welcome residents in 2025.

“There is strong demand for luxury multifamily communities in this area,” said Josh Purvis, managing partner for Thompson Thrift Residential. “We expect that Alta25 will provide an appealing rental option for residents desiring the style, luxury, and convenience that Thompson Thrift communities feature.”

Alta25 will be comprised of eight three-story, garden-style buildings and 96 detached garages. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will average 987 square feet and will feature luxury finishes, such as quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, and stainless steel appliances. In addition, units will include Alexa-compatible smart hubs to integrate all smart devices, smart thermostats, and smart door locks; walk-in closets; full-size washers and dryers; and patio, balcony, and private yard options.

Residents also will have access to a wealth of amenities, such as a professionally decorated clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, an Amazon package hub, a bike workshop and storage, grilling stations, and outdoor game area, and electronic fire pit with a seating area, a dog park, and a pet spa with a grooming station.

The Class A community will be located within The Village at Jackson Creek mixed-use development, which is under construction, and adjacent to Monument Marketplace and its more than 658,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. It also is less than 3 miles from historic downtown Monument and in close proximity to Interstate 25.

The community will be Thompson Thrift’s ninth in the state. Over the past three decades, the firm has developed over $4 billion of ground-up projects across the Midwest, Southeast, and Southwest.
