Developed by Mitsui Fudosan America (MFA), downtown Los Angeles has welcomed Figueroa Eight. With leasing in full swing, residents are experiencing a new standard of “club-like” amenity living across 41 floors.
The 438-residence high-rise tower offers al fresco dining areas with fire pits, barbecue grills, and a Zen hammock garden. The fitness center offers functional training equipment, including an outdoor workout zone with a weighted sled, battle ropes, and HIIT equipment. Residents will also have access to complimentary fitness classes and a hot yoga room bookable via the Figueroa Eight resident app.
The fifth floor features a saltwater pool with a poolside menu; a hot tub; a clubhouse; an outdoor bar; and private cabanas with daybeds, personal TVs, refrigerators, and more.
Indoors, the lobby features a selection of curated artwork from An Te Liu, Joaquin Boz, and Robbie Simon, and an art program is available for personalized art selection for residents. Additional amenities include co-working spaces with collaborative and private areas; a dog run and a pet spa with grooming services; charging stations for electric vehicles; and a fleet of electric scooters.
On the building’s 41st floor, residents will be able to enjoy a social club available through membership. The club will feature a rotating program and a food and beverage concept exclusive to Figueroa Eight residents and select guests only. The dedicated experience team will curate an exclusive collection of wellness and entertainment events as well as a schedule of members-only fitness programming.
Residences—ranging in size from studio to two-bedrooms—are finished with white oak plank flooring, custom closets, roller blackout shades in bedrooms, integrated USB ports, MERV air filtration, keyless entry, and Nest thermostats.
Kitchens include Bertazzoni and Bosch appliances, Italian tile backsplashes, and quartz countertops, while bathrooms feature porcelain tile flooring, quartz countertops, and designer bathroom fixtures from Kohler, Hansgrohe, and Toto.
At the recent grand opening, representatives from MFA and architecture firm Johnson Fain highlighted the tower’s significance and its design elements. Guests were able to explore the building's amenities and model residences from guided tours led by Sentral, the leasing and marketing team.
