Multifamily investment and property management firm Fogelman Properties has announced the completion of its renovation and redesign of 15Seventy, a 489-unit apartment building in Chesterfield, Missouri, in the St. Louis metro area.

The community, built by Fogelman Properties in 1987, was previously branded as Westmont at Chesterfield. Fogelman began redeveloping the property into 15Seventy in 2018 and unveiled the final updates in March.

“The multifamily real estate in the Chesterfield submarket has rapidly evolved with consumer demand rising for redeveloped communities. It was the perfect time to start enhancing the 15Seventy community to better suit the needs of renters and market trends,” says David Nischwitz, Fogelman’s senior vice president of property enhancements and redevelopment. “Now the community enjoys standout amenity spaces, common areas, and in-unit upgrades that not only attract new prospects but help retain our current residents.”

To date, 220 of the community’s one- and two-bedroom units have been updated with granite countertops, new cabinetry, wood-style flooring, and stainless-steel appliances. Common area renovations include the addition of a Wi-Fi café, a new open concept lobby, updates to the pools and tennis courts, and a new contemporary design aesthetic for the renovated clubhouse.

New gathering spaces include an outdoor entertainment kitchen, a poolside pavilion, an indoor resident kitchen, and a brand-new 24/7 fitness center.

“We’re thrilled with the new and improved 15Seventy and so are our residents,” says Matthew Stidham, Fogelman’s unit interior project manager. “The numerous upgrades and complete repositioning of the community caters to the lifestyles of a broad demographic within the region. Residents can enjoy the great location, everyday conveniences, and inspired amenities.”
