Trammell Crow Hires Barberich

Trammell Crow Residential has hired Mark Barberich as project executive in its Mid-Atlantic region. He will coordinate preconstruction activities and plan development, purchasing/contract administration, and field construction operations. Barberich has more than 20 years' experience in residential construction with Charleston Homes, The Bozzuto Group, and Ryland Homes. He has been involved in the development and construction of many multifamily projects in the Washington, D.C., area.

Boyle Joins Green Park

Patrick Boyle has joined Green Park Financial as assistant vice president in its production group. He has been hired to help grow the company's loan originations nationwide. Boyle joins Green Park from M&T Realty Corp., where he was assistant vice president. He held previous positions in loan production at Mercantile Bank, as well as JPMorgan Securities, Inc.

Hannum Joins Transwestern

Jack Hannum has joined Transwestern's Investment Services Group as vice president of its Phoenix office. He will team with Bobby Bull, vice president, and Matt Lockin, associate, and will focus on the disposition of larger multifamily properties for private and institutional clients. Prior to joining Transwestern, Hannum was senior vice president and lead financial analyst with CB Richard Ellis' multifamily team.

Walker & Dunlop, Green Park Hire CFO

Deborah A. Wilson has joined Walker & Dunlop and Green Park Financial as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Previously, Wilson served as vice president of counterparty risk at Fannie Mae. Prior to Fannie Mae, she was a partner of KPMG's real estate consulting practice focusing on valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and productivity and profitability of commercial/ multifamily mortgage banking.

Sterling Names Acquisitions VP

Sterling American Property, Inc., an affiliate of Sterling Equities and American Securities, L.P., has announced that David Ash has joined the firm as vice president of acquisitions and dispositions for Sterling American Property Funds. Ash's responsibilities include sourcing new investments and jointventure relationship opportunities in the West. Prior to joining Sterling, Ash was a managing director at Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking firm.
