Behring Co., a vertically integrated real estate developer, has begun leasing for 1900 Broadway, a mixed-use residential tower that offers modern urban living and working in Oakland, California.

The 39-story tower offers 452 apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom suites, including a penthouse collection, furnished residences, and co-living options. Each unit is crafted to deliver an unparalleled living experience with features that include up to 10-foot ceiling heights, distressed oak wood-look plank flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. All smart technology features, from the thermostats to the door locks, are controlled through the Stak app.

1900 Broadway offers 53,653 square feet of Class A office space across two floors. From turnkey private offices, referred to as “core space,” to flex communal areas that include open lounges, benched workstations, kitchens, wellness rooms, meeting pods, and on-demand conference rooms, 1900 Broadway offers a comprehensive office solution where companies can lease space or join the flex program via a monthly membership.

The community embodies a commitment to health, wellness, and leisure. With design by Elizabeth Premazzi, the hotel-inspired experience begins in the lobby, where a 24-hour concierge desk gives way to an open-plan lobby lounge, complete with communal and private workspaces. Through 1900 Broadway’s StakGO service and its access to a fleet of Tesla vehicles, scooters, and micromobility options, residents can save monthly by eliminating car payments, insurance, maintenance, registration, fuel, and parking, among other expenses. Unlike other ride-share services, all vehicles are hosted on-site and delivered to users via Utron’s 100-bay automated valet parking system. Using Stak's app and Tesla's custom application programming interface, Utron's fully automated EV charging solution serves eight bays simultaneously and can charge every vehicle in the garage in a single day.
