Clark Realty's demolition and redevelopment of 77 outdated, ill-equipped military housing units at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station in San Diego has resulted in a luxurious community that would make Maverick and the Iceman smile.
Mission-style architecture takes its cue from the Mediterranean climate, and spacious units ranging in size from 1,666 square feet to 2,421 square feet offer soldiers the perfect respite from any tour of duty. Large attics and oversized closets provide plenty of bulk storage for the oft-moving military family, while playgrounds, an expansive swimming pool, fitness center, and two 2,500-square--foot clubhouses offer plenty of social activation space.
