Located in St. Louis’ bustling Ballpark Village, One Cardinal Way meshes urban residential living with the classic American sport baseball. The 29-story, 297-unit apartment building is a partnership between Major League Baseball’s St. Louis Cardinals and developer The Cordish Cos. and offers residents one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse units starting at $1,550 per month.
Due to its prime location just beyond Busch Stadium’s outfield, the design team—including architecture firm Hord Coplan Macht and interior designer RD Jones + Associates—integrated touches of Cardinals red and artwork with baseball nods throughout the project, including the 30,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenity spaces, to create a unique community that appeals to super fans and urbanites alike.
On the expansive rooftop terrace with an infinity-edge pool, residents can watch a game on the big-screen television, enhanced by the sights and sounds of the adjacent stadium. Private cabanas, abundance of seating and lounging areas, and grilling stations complete the sundeck’s offerings. Additional amenity areas on the eighth floor, such as an indoor-outdoor bar, a demonstration kitchen, a fitness center, and various lounges, offer residents more space for gathering and socializing during or after games.

“Many residents start their day in the fitness center, grab a cup of coffee from the demonstration kitchen, work from the amenity level during the day, attend a resident event in the evening, or grab a drink at our indoor-outdoor bar,” notes the application. “Residents often tell us how easy it is to meet other residents because the amenity spaces are such a great gathering place.”
The One Cardinal Way resident concierge team also plans several events each month to give residents the opportunity to be part of the community. In addition to game day watch parties, residents enjoy movie premieres, complimentary concerts, wine tastings, chef’s demonstrations, and private happy hours.
