This mid-rise apartment community in downtown Redwood City from Greystar and PGIM features a mix of affordable housing, market-rate housing, and retail just blocks from Sequoia Station. It comprises eight levels above grade with three levels of parking below.

The 350-unit Highwater, certified LEED Gold, features a mix of studio, urban one-, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Some units have more unique layouts given the site geometry and building constraints. Its penthouse floor also features high-quality finishes, including tile surround showers, Samsung appliances, and wine refrigerators.

This project is helping San Mateo County and Redwood City achieve their housing goals by delivering both affordable and market-rate housing while also creating new retail opportunities along El Camino Real, a major corridor that runs through the region. Prospective residents are met with best-in-class housing and amenities from the unit finishes to smart features and appliances to project views.
