Modern professionals hunting for luxury, space, and convenience will find nearly everything they’re looking for in The Victor. The property is part of Boston’s effort to restore the urban character of the historic Bulfinch Triangle area and is only steps away from the city’s financial district and North End shops and restaurants.

Construction was a complex process, as the building sits atop two interstate and subway tunnels. Numerous companies collaborated to figure out how to best accommodate the development, analyzing the soil to find the ideal building spot; drilling 82-foot-deep micropiles between the tunnels to support the building’s weight; and designing an intricate vibration-isolation system to minimize noise from the subway.

Limited below-grade space also necessitated the relocation of a large amount of public utility infrastructure and required moving elements such as elevator pits and parking above ground and into the building itself. Putting parking on the upper floors allowed for maximum retail space on the ground level.

The same careful planning can be seen in The Victor’s many amenities. Residents can work out at the state-of-the-art health club or play basketball on the indoor sports court. They can also entertain friends in “The Living Room” lounge, which features a kitchen and dining area and access to the building’s 5,300-square-foot rooftop terrace, with welcoming furnishings that include a lighted trellis. A business center, sports lounge, and 24-hour concierge service are also provided.

Offering 47 different floor plans, the property has something for everyone. All units have high-end finishes such as granite countertops, custom Italian cabinetry, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances.

With these deluxe amenities and easy access to vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife, The Victor truly is an urban oasis for its residents.
