Rising 40 stories high in Houston’s Galleria area, Aspire Post Oak targets potential renters searching for luxury living surrounded by vibrant amenities, new retail, restaurant offerings, and modernized style.
Developed by local company The Dinerstein Cos. and designed by global architecture firm Gensler, the residential building features 383 residential units, 16,800 square feet of high-end retail and dining at the tower’s base, and 49,700 square feet of amenity space woven throughout.
The sleek tower was designed to maximize views to the east and west while minimizing the impact to surrounding buildings. Its unique shape redefines the city’s skyline and accommodates a complex stacking of units. To reflect current leasing trends, the design team arranged larger units on higher levels and smaller units on lower levels, with the top two floors dedicated to penthouses.

“Aspire Post Oak will set a new standard for luxury living and will serve as a focal point of Post Oak Boulevard,” says Brooks Howell, principal at Gensler Houston. “The design of the property intentionally maximizes views across the building, creating the most sophisticated living experience possible.”
Each unit—with one, two, or three bedrooms—includes a slew of floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens offer stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and natural stone countertops, while European-inspired baths offer back-lit mirrors, dual vanities, soaking tubs, and large, walk-in showers.
Penthouse units’ finishes and features go a step further with Bosch appliances, white quartz countertops with butcher block trim, fireplaces, mudrooms, 12-foot ceilings, and exclusive access to the penthouse-level Horizon Room.
For amenities, the seventh-floor deck overlooks the Uptown/Galleria skyline and features a glass-edge pool and a health and wellness center. Residents also have access to massage rooms, a multiuse indoor-outdoor aqua lounge, a juice bar, a dog park and spa, and reservable gathering spaces for events and meetings.
