Inspired by the area’s lakeside setting, views, and tropical climate, Related Group has positioned Town Village Walk to offer a “resort-like living experience,” with a design ethos executed by West Palm Beach firm V Starr and amenities package to match. Situated in the Six Mile Cypress retail district in Florida’s growing Fort Myers market, the community is set to appeal to the city’s class of young professional renters—many of them transplants from the Midwest and Northeast who have the financial stability to buy but have chosen to rent.

The buildings are arranged around nearly a mile of lakefront, complete with walking paths and opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. Units range from one to three bedrooms, and feature open-concept floor plans; kitchens with granite countertops, movable islands, and high-efficiency Samsung appliances, including Wi-Fi enabled ovens; and bathrooms with double sinks, large walk-in showers, and Italian tile.

An 8,000-square-foot pool anchors the property at the opposite end from the lake, winding through a series of patios, green spaces, and private cabanas. The pool deck also features a covered pavilion and hot tub situated under a grotto and waterfalls. Nearby, the clubhouse offers a lounge, a private movie theater, a conference room, co-working spaces, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a kitchen.

In addition to treadmills and stationary bikes, the fitness center offers a virtual boxing coach, battle ropes, and medicine balls, as well as a full sauna. Tennis courts, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, yoga lawns, and regulation swim lanes are located outdoors.

The property carries the WELL Health-Safety seal and exceeds Green Globes Multifamily certification standards. Many of its health-conscious features—including a state-of-the-art purification system, touchless doors, temperature monitoring screens, and enhanced cleaning protocols—were added to the project plan as the COVID-19 pandemic took shape during construction.
