Located in Charlotte, North Carolina’s South End neighborhood, Hawk’s 71 units are targeted at high-income, professional renters by choice who are looking for living spaces with high-end luxury finishes, much like those to which they are accustomed in homes and luxury hotels.

Ceiling heights in each floor plan range up to 12 feet, with concrete tray accents and cove lighting, while 9-foot, warehouse-style windows offer views of the Uptown Charlotte skyline and mountains. Unlike most multifamily units, which locate kitchens at the entrance, the kitchens at Hawk are positioned close to the exterior to increase natural light exposure, evoking a design choice common in single-family homes.

Each kitchen features a gas range and convection oven, quartz waterfall countertops, Calacatta Oro wall tile, and floor-to-ceiling deep walnut cabinetry. A glass door near this space opens onto a spacious balcony, featuring glass railings, a wood panel ceiling with integrated fans, and a wall prepped for mounting TVs.

The baths feature wall-mounted, matte-black faucets, white tiled walls against black-tile floors, and white quartz countertops. Master baths offer a separate water closet, dual wall-mounted faucets, and large shower rooms with dual showerheads and free-standing tubs. The master closet connects to the master bath as a walk-in dressing room, and features wall-to-wall mirrors and built-in customizable cabinets.

In total, the community offers 24 one-bedroom units, 35 two-bedroom units, and 12 three-bedroom units across 13 stories, with 6,209 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Only six residences are located on each floor, offering added privacy. Each unit also offers a full suite of smart-home features, including keyless entry, a smart thermostat, dimmable lighting, and a programmable washer, dryer, and oven, all controlled via smart app.
