Avalon Woburn Embraces Work-From-Home Trend

AvalonBay Communities’ 350-unit Avalon Woburn offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept kitchens and modern features such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplashes.

Residents enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center with professional-grade cardio and strength equipment, multiple outdoor courtyards that house a swimming pool and a sundeck, barbecue grills, a dining area, and gaming zones. Part of Woburn Village, a newly redeveloped shopping center in Woburn, Massachusetts, the new housing community allows residents to also have access to a curated mix of nationally recognized retailers and restaurants.

The co-working space at Avalon Woburn is a dedicated 2,500-square-foot amenity area designed specifically with work productivity and flexibility in mind. The space is both comfortable and functional. It is a well-lit, expansive space that offers immediate access to a 5,000-square-foot exterior terrace, extending co-working outdoors. The interior includes a great room with group seating, small table seating, and single booths. There’s a kitchen dining area with a communal table, and a separate work area has booth seating for two groups. Three private, glass-enclosed phone booths as well as a small and large meeting room complete the space. The exterior space offers additional seating and access to the community Wi-Fi.
