While the multifamily market is on track for another strong year, developers, architects, and builders continue to set the bar high for creating innovative and thoughtful communities that cater to residents’ needs. Our 2019 MFE Award winners are a testament to the hard work being seen across the different sectors of the industry—from luxury and mixed-use communities to those developments serving students, seniors, and low-income households.
This year’s judges looked for award entries that stood out from the rest of the pack for their outstanding design, remarkable architecture, creativity, and inventiveness. Competition again was stiff, with 28 winners ultimately selected—14 Grand and 14 Merit—from over 300 entries across 14 categories.
