Set to open in summer 2023, Life Time Living, in partnership with Nordblom Co., has debuted its new luxury living residences in Burlington, Massachusetts. The five-story complex will offer 167 units adjacent to the existing Life Time Burlington athletic country club.
The apartment homes will range from 558 to 1,407 square feet with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. Each residence will feature large windows; kitchens with stainless steel appliances and custom soft-touch cabinetry; walk-in closets; and innovative soundproofing and blackout shades in bedrooms to ensure rest and recovery.
Amenities will include work-from-home and lounge spaces; conference rooms; covered parking with charging stations; a private dining room; and a cycle lounge. Two outdoor courtyards, fire pits, grilling stations, outdoor games, a meditation area, and seating areas also will be offered. Also under development is a half-acre park with a walking path, a dog play area, and green space.

Residents will have complimentary access to an array of health and wellness amenities offered at the athletic country club, ranging from pools to pickleball and squash courts. Life Time Living’s Resident Concierge Programming connects residents’ at-home and in-club lifestyles through weekly meal prep from LifeCafe, personal training sessions, and appointments for nutritional coaching, LifeSpa treatments, and more.
In addition to Burlington, Life Time Living is developing a new community in Stamford, Connecticut, that is expected to open this summer. Life Time Living opened its first property in Coral Gables, Florida, in August 2021, followed by its second in Las Vegas in September 2022.
