Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG) and Denholtz Properties knocked it out of the park with the completion of Stadium Lofts, a 43-unit boutique mixed-use community located in Kannapolis, North Carolina.
Developed in partnership by Temerity Baseball and LMG, Stadium Lofts boasts views of Atrium Health Ballpark, the home of the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers. The strategic placement offers residents a front-row seat to the ballpark but also downtown Kannapolis’ expanding shopping, food, and entertainment scene.
“Stadium Lofts exemplifies our innovative approach to development, centered on fostering a sense of place within our local community and careful attention to offering multiple types of product in Kannapolis to bring new residents and prevent cannibalizing our existing buildings,” says Peter Flotz, founder and CEO of LMG. “It is a tremendous honor to contribute to Kannapolis' ongoing transformation into a vibrant live-work-play destination with the completion of this project.”
Managed by Denholtz Properties, the community was designed by architect Built Form and constructed by Summit Design + Build. Each unit features white quartz countertops, double-stacked designer cabinetry, luxury roller shades, marble kitchen backsplashes, GE Premium Collection stainless steel appliances, and GE front-loading washers and dryers.
Residences are also equipped with ultra-fast gigabit internet, Harmony illuminated bathroom mirrors, USB outlets, Yale keyless entry, Google Nest thermostats, and Brivo video guest access.
"LMG’s work to bring Stadium Lofts to life speaks to the creativity and vision that continue to make them one of the region’s most impactful developers,” says Stephen Cassidy, president of Denholtz Properties. “We are excited to build on their success and utilize our extensive in-house expertise to provide a superior living experience in one of North Carolina’s most vibrant towns.”
Denholtz Properties’ management of Stadium Lofts adds to the firm’s growing presence in the Charlotte metro. Denholtz acquired Vida Apartments, a 289-unit luxury multifamily community near Stadium Lofts, from LMG in 2021.
Denholtz Properties and LMG are also nearing the final stages of construction on the three-building Novi community in nearby Concord.
