Post Parkside was built in the late 1990s and enjoys an incredible location that backs up to Piedmont Park. It was one of the first projects to bring the ‘soft loft’ concept to Atlanta. The property was a huge hit due to its location and style and became a benchmark for developers looking to build ‘in town’ projects around Atlanta as well as the Southeast. More importantly, it helped rejuvenate Midtown Atlanta by bringing in young professionals with discretionary income, which led to a need for restaurants and retail.
