Developer JPI has broken ground on its newest community, Jefferson Alpha West, in Farmer’s Branch, Texas. The four-story apartment property will add 409 luxury units to the Alpha and Inwood mixed-use development in the city center, located just off the Dallas North Tollway.
Jefferson Alpha West’s units will feature 10-foot ceilings, private yards for ground-floor units, and private patios for units on the upper floors. Amenities include a rooftop lounge, resort-style pool, and community dog park. The exterior will be ringed with wide walkways and landscapes and feature storefront-style glass at the main entry area to evoke an urban feel.
“Jefferson Alpha West combines exceptional design with ultimate convenience in a market poised to grow tremendously,” said Matt Brendel, senior vice president and development partner at JPI, in a statement. “The location provides residents a walkable, amenity-rich environment while maintaining a strong sense of community.”
The Alpha and Inwood development also features a 155-room ALOFT hotel, 22,000 square feet of retail space, and 296,000 square feet of high-rise offices. The Jefferson Alpha West community will be located within walking distance of the Galleria mall and less than two miles from the Addison Circle retail, park, and special events center in Addison, Texas.
