Greystar is opening two new communities in Keller, Texas, located next door to one another—Elan Keller Ranch and Album Keller Ranch, the first community in Greystar’s new Album 55+ community brand.
Both communities feature brick and wood elements throughout the building, including wood-tone accent siding. Apartments will feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, covered balconies, and in-unit laundry. Some units will feature balcony storage, powder rooms, utility rooms with Dutch doors, and a fenced pet yard.
Outdoor amenities at Elan Keller Ranch will include a fire pit with festoon lighting, a fenced community dog park, and a covered grilling area. The community’s clubhouse will offer TVs, games, conference rooms, a full kitchen, a fitness center, and a 1,000-square-foot outdoor pool.
In addition to on-site amenities, Album Keller Ranch residents can take advantage of a full calendar of events, activities, and classes, overseen by a full-time lifestyle coordinator. Events will include gatherings, clubs, movie screenings, fitness classes, happy hours, cultural pursuits, and presentations, with precautions as necessary to keep residents safe in the COVID-19 environment.

Elan Keller Ranch offers one- to three-bedroom units priced from $1,130, while Album Keller Ranch offers one- to two-bedroom units priced from $1,175. Both communities are now open.
