As the saying goes, the numbers don’t lie. And in the multifamily construction industry, the figures are telling a story of robust and opportunistic growth in 2011 for some of the heavy hitters. The numbers are starting to return to the level seen back in 2008, and outlooks are bright for at least the next few years.
